OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Full time, Onsite, Kentland, IN  

Position Summary:

As an Operations Specialist, you are the heartbeat behind our daily financial processes, ensuring operational integrity through precise transaction processing, diligent account reconciliation, and meticulous record maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Transaction Processing & Reconciliation: Process wire and ACH payments with accuracy and reconcile daily critical account activity and monthly bank balances.
• Operational Support & Problem Resolution: Provide first-line support by leveraging your proficiency with our hardware and software systems, and assist external auditors with necessary documentation.
• Financial Recordkeeping & Compliance: Maintain the general ledger, manage accounts payable functions including invoice processing and vendor setup, and ensure accurate tax filings with federal and state agencies.
• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Training: Participate in ongoing training on new processes, cross-train with your team, and support miscellaneous clerical duties to enhance departmental efficiency.
